Where is my item?

The majority of Bedew products are handmade so please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive, although we always aim for sooner! If you would like to check the status of your delivery, email us at education@bedewskin.com and we can look in to this for you.

How do I know what products are for me? 

Each product has a full description on the Shopify store. If this is not enough to help you, pop us a message on Instagram or via email, and we will be more than happy to help. 

What is the returns policy? 

Firstly, thank you for your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your product(s) you can contact us at education@bedewskin.com or message us via www.bedewskin.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please contact us with your order number to confirm proof of purchase. Please also advise of the reason for your return. Upon receipt of this we will investigate the issue and contact you within 48 hours regarding your return. If a refund is deemed appropriate, this will be refunded via your original payment method. The length of time for this to clear will depend on your payment method/card issuer.

Shipping costs are refundable should the product be faulty or damaged. 

Can I stock and sell Bedew? 

If you are a store, salon or clinic and would like to apply to stock Bedew Skin products reach out to us via email at education@bedewskin.com telling us a little about your premises and a link to your socials. We will be in touch as soon as possible.
